I’m very excited to see Condé Nast Traveler feature the official opening of Amanvari at Costa Palmas in Los Cabos.

This property is what brought me to Cabo over a decade ago when the developer of Costa Palmas recruited me after the successful opening of Amanera in the Dominican Republic.

I got to know John Heah, the architect at Amanera and the original/concept architect of Amanvari, over the years, including a few site walks when Amanvari was still just a drawing. Seeing it finished is something else.

His mix of hardwoods, polished concrete, and tile, offset by infinity-edge water features, has to be felt in person, even better at golden hour if you can manage it.
